The seafood isn’t just fresh when it arrives in the kitchen of master chef Bryan Webb. It’s still alive. In fact the langoustines would scurry away if he didn’t keep an eye on them.

Mind they don’t make a run for it……..

When they emerge on the plate an hour or two later, they are accompanied by nothing more than a well-made mayonnaise and a leafy salad. That’s Bryan all over.  A shy, softly spoken man, he lets the quality of the ingredients speak for itself.
