Berwyn Festival of Music, Art and Food – 16 to 18 May 2008

The second Berwyn Festival will be held from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 May 2008 in the village of Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog at the head of the delightful Ceiriog Valley between Llangollen and Oswestry.  

The festival uses locations throughout the village to allow musicians, artists and food producers to present the results of their talents, with the emphasis  on promoting the work of people and companies from the local area whenever possible.

19-21 June Denbigh Mid-Summer Festival.  Well-known festival of music, drama, exhibitions and poetry. Contact: 01745 816080.

30 June-5 July Ruthin Festival. Week-long annual music festival featuring classical, jazz, international music, folk and pop – including entertainment at the town square. Contact: 01824 703832, www.ruthinfestival.co.uk

8-13 July Llangollen International Music Eisteddfod. Major annual event of music, dance and world culture.  Contact: 01978 862000.
